Sel Sanayi, a subsidiary of Tezman Holding, has been producing edible and pharmaceutical gelatin from bovine hides since 1961. In 2019, the company began manufacturing hydrolyzed collagen peptides from bovine and fish under the CollaSel® brand – for applications in nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, sports, and health.

Today, CollaSel® is one of the world's leading manufacturers of collagen under the umbrella of Tezman Holding.
