Article 2 – Subject matter of the contract
This contract concerns the sale and delivery of goods and/or services ordered by the buyer via the website. www.nutrafine.com Orders have been placed. The buyer confirms that, prior to completing the order, they were informed about the product features, price, payment method, delivery, and right of withdrawal, and that they have confirmed these details electronically.
The order confirmation and the invoice are part of this contract.
Article 3 – Contract Date
The contract is considered concluded on the day the buyer confirms the order electronically. A copy of the contract will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer.
Article 4 – Delivery of goods/services
Delivery will be made to the delivery address or email address specified by the buyer.
Article 5 – Shipping costs and delivery time
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Delivery will be made within 30 days of receipt of payment. Should timely delivery not be possible, the buyer will be informed promptly and may either agree to an extension or withdraw from the contract.
Article 6 – Obligations of the Buyer
The buyer is obligated to inspect the goods for completeness and integrity upon receipt. Damaged or incomplete goods must be reported immediately to the transport company and the seller.
Once accepted, the buyer is responsible for the proper storage and use of the goods. In the event of a chargeback by the bank due to fraudulent card use, the buyer is obligated to return the goods within 3 days.
Article 7 – Obligations of the Seller
The seller guarantees that the delivered goods conform to the specifications stated on the website. If delivery is not possible, an equivalent product will be offered or the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days. In the event of a cancellation, the refund will include the original shipping costs.
Article 8 – Product features and price
Product features such as type, quantity, brand/model, color and the total price including VAT are listed on the respective product page of the website and are confirmed with the invoice.
Article 9 – Payment
The amount due is shown on the invoice. Payment can be made by credit card, instant bank transfer, iDEAL, or other available electronic payment methods.
Article 10 – Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
Article 11 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery,
• Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life,
• Custom-made or personalized products.
Article 12 – Complaints and Disputes

If no agreement can be reached, the buyer may European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to use:

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed exclusively by German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the competent court at the seller's place of business in Germany.
