Returning your order – what to do?
At Nutrafine, your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so within the statutory time limits and under the following conditions.

Statutory right of withdrawal (withdrawal period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You will then receive a full refund including the original shipping costs, provided the product is unused and in perfect condition.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or faulty.

Returns in case of damaged delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the goods were damaged during transport (e.g., dented, broken), please contact us on the day of delivery at info@nutrafine.com with the following information:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the problem
- Your order number
Please send the goods Do not return the item before contacting us. We will fully cover return shipping costs in case of transport damage.

General return policy
For returns, please note the following instructions:
- The goods must be in their original condition, including original packaging and invoice.
- Please do not apply stickers or tape directly to the product packaging. If necessary, use an additional shipping box.
- Please include a short note stating the reason for the return.
- Returns should be sent to the return address specified by Nutrafine.

Special conditions for business customers (B2B)
If the order was placed on behalf of a company, a credit note from your accounting department is required in addition to the return (excluding shipping costs, including VAT).
Unfortunately, returns from business customers cannot be processed without a valid credit note. -
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Products whose seal has been broken (for hygiene or health reasons)
- Products with a short shelf life or that can spoil quickly
- Custom-made or personalized items
